Can I start without paying?
Yes. There is no payment step at sign-up today, so you can create an account and explore your workspace. Paid plans, prices and usage limits are being finalized and will be published on our pricing page.
Do I need coding skills to create an automation?
No. Choose your goal, select your content and trigger, write your message, then preview before activating. Start with a reusable template or use the visual flow editor when you need a more advanced conversation.
Which social channels can I connect?
Explore Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, YouTube, LinkedIn and more in Channels. Features vary by platform and account: comment automation supports Instagram and Facebook, while WhatsApp is messaging-only here. TikTok comment-to-DM automation is not offered in the current implementation.
Can I send a link when someone comments, without messaging them repeatedly?
Yes. Set a keyword or any-comment trigger for eligible Instagram and Facebook posts, then configure your public reply and private message with a destination link. Choose reply timing, repeat policies, cooldowns and exclusions to keep the conversation relevant. Account permissions and platform sending limits still apply.
Can I automate Story replies and mentions?
Yes, on Instagram: use a Story reply or mention to start a configured conversation. You can also publish or schedule eligible Stories on Instagram and Facebook. Facebook Story automation is not offered.
Can I schedule a post and prepare its automation at the same time?
Yes, for eligible Instagram and Facebook posts scheduled through RaplyFlow, you can prepare the automation before publication and configure both platforms together. You can also customize captions for each account. For content published outside RaplyFlow, select the post after it appears; automatic targeting of the next external post is not available.
Can I collect leads and use their details in my other tools?
Build conversations that collect supported contact fields, then organize your audience with tags and account filters. Export verified matching contacts to CSV, or set up resumable transfers to Google Sheets and Kit. These connections require your destination credentials and are not continuous two-way synchronization; messaging consent does not establish email marketing consent.
How will I know which automations are working?
Review results by automation and channel, including messages sent, tracked link clicks and customer details where available. Explore time periods and A/B results when the required data exists. Read receipts vary by platform: Facebook comment-automation reads are unavailable, and a sent message is not proof that someone opened it.
Can I follow up with people who have not completed the next step?
Smart follow-ups can continue eligible conversations when a tracked link or data-collection goal is incomplete. They respect the sending window and stop when a reply, tracked goal completion or opt-out is detected. You choose the message and timing instead of sending an indiscriminate reminder to every contact.
Can my team manage conversations together?
Yes. Use supported inbox conversations with saved replies, assignments, private notes and reminders, with access controlled by workspace roles. Human handoff stops the current flow and pauses RaplyFlow smart follow-ups for that person; it does not automatically pause every independent automation.
Can AI answer questions using my business information?
Add reviewed services, frequently asked questions and website knowledge to your business knowledge base, then configure your AI connection. Test answers and their supporting sources before using them in a flow. Set a path to your team when the information is missing or the answer is uncertain.
